Complete the Merchant and Deposit Settings by creating a Merchant Account linked to Stripe. After validation, deposits activate and your first deposit arrives 2-3 business days later. The payout schedule is posted in your Merchant and Deposit Settings.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Snowball charges only the annual plan fee and per-transaction credit card processing fees. There are no additional platform fees, penalties, or hidden charges. Donors can also opt to cover processing fees.
What is text-to-give and how does it work?+
Supporters text a unique Snowball number with a keyword (trigger word) to receive a link to a donation page. Each trigger word is associated with a specific campaign. This feature is available on Premium, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
